The short answer

Proxy-Seller is strongest on static IPs: dedicated IPv4, ISP, IPv6 and carrier mobile proxies rented by the week or month with unmetered bandwidth, paid by card, PayPal or crypto. For residential traffic its packages run from $3.50/GB down to $1.45/GB at 1 TB and expire after 30 days; Loopway is $1.10/GB at 10 GB and $0.57/GB at 1 TB, with a balance that never expires, ASN targeting and a free trial.

What you'll actually pay

What residential traffic costs on each

The same four orders priced on both. Proxy-Seller figures come from its own price list; ours from the rates checkout charges.

Each figure is the cheapest way to buy that much from the provider's own published price list: when a plan's minimum is larger than what you need, you pay for the whole plan, and a bigger plan wins whenever its lower rate makes up for it. Taxes excluded. The lowest cost in each row is blue.

For residential proxies, yes, from the first gigabyte. As of October 2026 Proxy-Seller charges $2.90/GB at 10 GB and $1.45/GB at 1 TB, in packages that expire after 30 days; Loopway is $1.10/GB and $0.57/GB, with a balance that never expires. For dedicated IPv4 rented by the week, Proxy-Seller's per-IP model may suit better.

No. Proxy-Seller says it doesn't currently offer a free trial, though it replaces or refunds proxies within 24 hours of delivery if they don't meet the stated specifications. Loopway gives up to 1.75 GB of residential traffic free, with no card.

Only when proxies don't work as described: replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery, and under the return policy a full refund (excluding fees) within 72 hours if an inoperable proxy can't be replaced. Week-long products aren't refundable after 24 hours.

Its terms let Proxy-Seller, at its discretion, ask customers to explain how they use the proxies and to complete additional KYC through third parties such as Sumsub. Loopway asks for KYC only when a risk check calls for it.

Yes, both: IPv6 from $0.16/IP a month for 10 IPs (USA) and dedicated or shared mobile proxies per port. Loopway also sells IPv6 (residential and datacenter) and mobile proxies, with mobile billed per GB.

Create an account, claim the free trial and swap the gateway host, port and credentials in your tool. Country, city and session settings go in the username string the same way, so most scrapers and bots need no code changes.
