1. The principle
Use Loopway for lawful work — data collection, testing, ad verification, price monitoring, account management and similar — in a way that respects the law, the people behind the IP addresses, and the systems you access.
2. Never allowed
- Fraud, phishing, carding, or using stolen payment details or identities.
- Credential stuffing, account takeover, brute-forcing logins or bypassing authentication you are not entitled to bypass.
- Denial-of-service attacks, network scanning or exploiting vulnerabilities without the owner's written permission.
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or click and ad fraud.
- Malware distribution, botnet command-and-control, or ransomware.
- Accessing, storing or distributing child sexual abuse material, or content promoting terrorism or violence.
- Harassment, stalking or doxxing.
- Collecting personal data in breach of data-protection law.
- Activity that breaches sanctions, or providing the Services to sanctioned persons or territories.
- Reselling the Services without a reseller agreement, or attacking or overloading our infrastructure.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your targets, including laws on automated purchasing, and with the terms of the websites you access. Some targets and use cases are restricted on some products; the dashboard tells you where.
Residential and mobile IPs belong to real people's connections. Keep request rates reasonable and never use them for activity that could expose those people to harm.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
We do not read your traffic, but we use automated signals (destinations, volume patterns, abuse reports) to protect the network. We may block a destination, throttle traffic, suspend a plan or close an account, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
Report abuse to abuse@loopway.io with timestamps, the IP address and target. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
