Use ProxyPal if…
2- You need to open one public, blocked page once and don't mind where it loads from.
- Nothing you'll view or type is sensitive.
What ProxyPal costs, what it limits, where its servers are and what its privacy policy says it keeps — from its own site, every fact linked to its source.

Browse creates a free account first: up to 250 MB of residential traffic, no card.
ProxyPal is a free, one-box web proxy at proxypal.net.
It claims no download limits and YouTube support, but it publishes no privacy policy, terms or operator, and its "Ad-Free Experience" claim sits on a page that carries a sponsored banner and loads Google AdSense. Without a privacy policy, there's no way to know what it does with your traffic.
Every row from source [1]
Facts from their own site and policies — no review-site hearsay. Each one is linked to its source.
Not the same product, so no row is scored. ProxyPal opens a page inside its own site; a residential proxy is a gateway your browser, app or scraper connects through, on IPs from real home connections.

Beyond the browser tab
Up to 250 MB of residential traffic free, no card. Set it in your browser, app or scraper and pick the country or city.
The Loopway standard
Every rate on this site is computed from the same price book checkout charges from. No hidden setup fees, no contracts, no sales call.
Top up once and spend it on any of the nine networks, whenever you need it. Unused balance stays in your account.
Sign up, pick a plan and your endpoint, username and password are live before the checkout tab closes.
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every product, plus UDP on UDP Residential and Static ISP. Point your stack at one host.
Rotate on every request or hold a sticky IP. Country, city, state and carrier targeting are set in the username.
Talk to people who run the network, not a ticket queue. Most questions are answered in minutes, any time of day.
FAQ

Yes. Its FAQ says "Our service is completely free", and no paid plan is listed.
ProxyPal says traffic through it is encrypted and your IP is masked. It publishes no privacy policy, terms or logging policy, so how it handles what passes through it is not stated. Don't log in to accounts or enter anything sensitive through it.
ProxyPal says it is "compatible with major platforms like Google, Facebook, and YouTube" and runs a dedicated YouTube web proxy page.
ProxyPal doesn't name an operator. Its page says "Powered by PlainProxies", a proxy provider whose imprint lists 3xK Tech GmbH in Germany, but PlainProxies' own site doesn't mention ProxyPal.
The web proxy runs at proxypal.net. proxypal.com only redirects to a parked "/lander" page with no proxy on it.
It advertises an "Ad-Free Experience", but its home page shows a sponsored VPN banner and loads Google AdSense.
