Put it where the account logs in
Pages and ad accounts are run in the browser, usually in an anti-detect browser with one profile — and one IP — per ad account.

Check it, then log in
Open the free IP checker through the proxy: it should show the proxy's IP, country and ISP, not your own. Only then log in. Match the IP's country to the ad account's country and to its payment method. A mismatch there is one of the first things Facebook reviews.
