It runs a dedicated YouTube proxy page that claims support for video up to 4K and live streams. For "true YouTube support without the need for a web proxy", it recommends its paid VPN. Its terms name "4everproxy or UK7" as the operator, and its contact page gives a UK7 address in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. You pick a web server (in the US, Canada, the UK, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Australia or Singapore) and, separately, an exit-IP location from 21 options, including Tor. Picking different ones routes you through two proxies. Yes. 4everproxy publishes a list of alternate domains, such as proxy.al and sslsecureproxy.com, for when its main domain is blocked, and says all of them are "owned and operated by 4everproxy".
