# Refund Policy

When Loopway refunds a purchase, how faulty services are put right, what happens to your balance, and the statutory rights you always keep.

## 1\. The short version

-   Something doesn't work as described? Tell us within 48 hours and we fix it, replace it, or refund it.
-   Unused balance never expires and can be spent on any product.
-   Plans are digital and delivered instantly, so a working plan you have started using is not refundable just because you changed your mind.
-   Your legal rights as a consumer always apply on top of this policy.

## 2\. Services that don't work as described

If a plan does not work as described because of a problem on our side, contact support@loopway.io within 48 hours of purchase (or of the problem starting) with the plan, what you tried and what happened. We will first try to fix it; if we can't within a reasonable time, we will — at your choice — replace the plan with an equivalent one, credit your balance, or refund the unused part to your original payment method.

Problems caused by blocks on a specific target website, your own software, or use outside the plan's described limits are not faults, though support will always help you get working.

## 3\. Unused plans and balance

A plan you have not used at all (no bandwidth, no requests) can be refunded or converted to balance within 24 hours of purchase.

Balance is a prepayment for the Services and is not withdrawable, except: when we close your account without fault on your side; when we discontinue the Services; or where the law requires a refund.

Free trial traffic, coupons, rewards and referral credit have no cash value.

## 4\. How refunds are paid

Card and PayPal refunds go back to the original payment method through Freemius, Inc., usually within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are paid in the same currency to an address you confirm, at the US-dollar value charged, less network fees.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — it suspends the account while it is investigated and is slower for you than a refund from us.

## 5\. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law. In the UK and EU you can cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase, but by asking us to start the Service immediately you acknowledge that this right ends once delivery begins, and that you may owe for any part already used. Where your local law gives you more, you receive it.
